Corriere dello sport reports that Lukas Podolski is ready to join Inter. In todays edition the newspaper reports the following:

“Inter has found an agreement with Arsenal for the player based on a loan until the end of the season. The only thing that remains to be defined is if Inter must buy Podolski at the end of the loan or if they will have to option to choose what to do themselves. If Inter has to buy Podolski they are ready to offer about 5-6 million euro’s for the striker, if Inter will have the option to choose what to do the ammount will be around 8 million euro’s. Some minor details are missing for the deal to be fully agreed, but it’s nothing that will cause the deal to be cancelled.”

One of the names that has been mentioned together with a move to Inter is the Brazilian midfielder Paulinho. Now that the player is receiving less and less playing time at Tottenham, he could be sacrificed by the Spurs in the coming January transfer window. Inter could be interested in signing the player and according to the tabloids in England, Ausilio has already been in London to negotiate a deal for the midfielder who could arrive at Inter on a loan deal. At the end of the loan Inter would pay 12 million euro’s to sign the player fully.

Inter seem to lose out on Alessio Cerci to city rivals AC Milan. According to Sky Sport Atlético and Milan have found an agreement where they swap their loans for Cerci and Torres for 18 months. The deal is said to become official during the coming days but first the players need to find the economical agreements with their clubs. Cerci is set to return to Italy after 6 months at Atlético and Torres returns to the club which launched him into European football.

Sportmediaset reports that Milan has agreed a deal with Atlético that will see the rossoneri receive Cerci in change of Torres. Galliani found a deal with Atlético and they will swap loan deals for 18 months. Now the only thing missing is finding an economical agreement with the former Torino player. And by finishing this move, Milan beats the competition from Inter.

Iz Madrida ce danas poslati mail na adresu Intera u kojem stoji da ce se u ponedeljak zaliti UEFI zbog loseg ponasanja kluba iz Milana u vezi transfera Alessio Cerci-a.Kako kaze klub iz Madrida,Inter je nagovarao igraca da ne ode u Milan, i zbog toga ce u ponedeljak biti pokrenuta zalba.
Atletiko Madrid je napravio ultimatum za Cercia: prihvatiti Milan do ponedeljka ili cse biti skinut sa transfer liste i prikovan za tribine.

Lothar Matthaus, the former Inter player spoke to the German newspaper Hamburger Morgenpost about the possibility of Podolski coming to Inter, here are his words:

“It’s all just rumors, one doesn’t need to think about them, anyone could follow Podolski now, but then Inter and Podolski could fit just perfect because of the success of many German players at Inter in the past, it would be an advantage to reconnect with the past.”
